  • Sous chef is responsible for the day-to-day running and production of the cold and hot kitchens.
  • Responsible to ensure that food is prepared in accordance with planned menus/ information from the head chef.
  • In cooperation with the head chef , responsibility for the development of existing products and procedures.
  • Contributing in the training of galley personnel.
  • Ensure that the ship’s operating and safety management system , including the internal control procedures for foodstuffs, are followed up within his/her area of responsibility.
  • Candidate should ensure high quality service and guest satisfaction that meets our Premium product values.




  • Fluent in English (more languages will be considered as benefit).
  • Proven experience and expertise as Sous Chef on Cruise Ships/ Expedition will be considered as a benefit.
  • Ability to comply with Company’s standards and health regulations.
